Wolverine has served as the Village of Fowlerville's engineer for more that 40 years designing and inspecting a mechanical oxidation ditch wastewater treatment plant, several sanitary lift stations, drinking water storage tower, multiple watermains, the downtown streetscape, and many road reconstruction projects.
